Hope Through Christ Ministries opened its warming center for homeless people on Nov. 1 at 620 S. Parkway in Baraboo.
Those in need are served dinner in the evening and breakfast in the morning before they leave. Doors open at 6 p.m., dinner is served at 6:30 p.m., and doors are locked at 9 p.m. Breakfast is served at 6:30 a.m. with departure time at 8 a.m.
The center also offers job and housing assistance.
There are some ongoing needs at the center such as: bedding, personal items, cleaning supplies, children’s activity items, clothing and more. Also, there is a pressing need at this time for plus size clothing and meal openings for anyone who is interested.
