Residents of Baraboo have made an investment in this community. On Thursday, The Wall Street Journal, a long-time source for business and financial news, presented a feature that is bullish on Baraboo.

Under the headline, "Baraboo, a Circus Birthplace," reporter Ilan Brat, tells a national audience what most of us already know about our town. Brat tells the readers what to do, where to eat, and where to stay in and near Baraboo.

Writes Brat, in part:

"Baraboo has perhaps the most well-preserved, quaint downtown square of any in the country. Furniture stores, a theater and, above all, relatively inexpensive restaurants set behind colorful, vintage facades surround a courthouse."
