Guided paddle: 8 a.m. to noon, Horicon Marsh Education and Visitor Center, Highway 28 between Horicon and Mayville. Join in a guided paddle of Horicon Marsh State Wildlife Area. Brat fry: 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Waupun Knights of Columbus, Tom Dooley Apple Orchard, W5759 Highway 49, Waupun. Brat fry to benefit Shane Bronson and his family. Bronson is unable to work due to a disabling spinal disease. Brats, hamburgers and pork chop sandwiches will be available.

Football contest: 11:30 a.m. registration, noon contest, Knights of Columbus, Discher Park, near the refreshment stand, 800 N. Finch St., Horicon. Punt, Pass and Kick contest for kids ages 9-14. Awards will be given to each age level for boys and girls.

Packer presentation: 1 p.m., Fox Lake Public Library, 117 S. State St., Fox Lake. Author Jim Rice will discuss Green Bay Packer history titled “Why We Love the Packers!” The Friends of the Fox Lake Public Library will be furnishing refreshments at this event. Festival: 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., Sacred Heart Parish, 950 Washington St., Horicon. Harvest Fest will offer a brunch at 7:30 a.m. Cost is $9 for adults, $5 for children ages 6-12 and free for children 5 and younger. Also featured will be Harvest Market, Arts and Craft Shoppe, raffle, kids games and prizes. Sunday Mass is scheduled to start at 9:30 a.m.

Monthly meeting for about 20 Dodge County area members who, with their registered therapy dogs, visit area nursing and assisted living facilities, hospitals, hospices, and similar facilities where the dogs provide an animal-human bond with the facility residents. Open to the public.

Bingo: Doors open 5 p.m., games start 6:30 p.m., American Legion Post 146, Veteran’s Center, 300 Beichl Ave., Beaver Dam. Judy Reed, former Peace Corps volunteer, will share her story of work in Liberia in the 1960s and the work being done now through the Liberia Assistance Program. Light refreshments will be served.
