Donald and Vivian Meier
Donald and Vivian Meier, Beaver Dam, will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on June 20, 2009. They will be hosting an open house for family and friends on Sunday, June 21 from noon till 3 p.m. at First Congregational United Church of Christ, 206 S. College Ave., Fox Lake. Donald and Vivian were married on June 20, 1959, at United Methodist Church, Evansville, Wis. The Rev. Gibson officiated.
Attendants were maid of honor, Janet Krause, bridesmaid Janet Forstrom, best man Edward Meier, groomsman Bob Wealtie, flower girl was Louise Pulfer and ring bearer Barry Zeich.
The couple's children are John Meier, Beaver Dam and Judy (Lowell) Mark, Beaver Dam. Grandchildren are Ashley, Lucas, Logan, Caleb and Emma.
