Mr. and Mrs. Max Grosenick, Highway MM, Lebanon, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Sunday, Aug. 16, 2009, with a small family gathering given by their children at the home of their eldest daughter in Cedarburg.
Max, son of the late Alex and Tabea Grosenick, married Jean Hansen, daughter of the late Clyde and Ann Hansen, on July 11, 1959, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Oconomowoc.
Max owned and operated his own trucking firm until his retirement in early 2009. Jean enjoys being a homemaker, floral designer and avid gardener. They both enjoy spending time with their grandchildren.
They have three children, Amy (Steven) Bothe, Cedarburg, Beth (Dwight) Heaney, Bend, Ore., and Gregg (Joan) Grosenick, Lebanon, Wis. They also have three grandchildren, Britni and Claire Grosenick, and Alex Bothe.
