Support the Columbus and Fall River Fire Departments by ordering a set of luminaries to be placed outside your residence on Sunday, Dec. 13, from 6 to 10 p.m.
Each set includes 10 luminary bags, candles and sand for $20.
Look for the red and green order forms at Columbus Public Library, Apple Tree and Sharrow Drugs in Columbus, and at Savannah Oaks, We Tan U and the Fall River Village Hall in Fall River.

Orders must be received by Dec. 11. Those who place orders will be contacted when the order is ready for pickup.
“If you have someone on your Christmas list and you do not know what to get for them, this might be a good gift idea,” said Sue Krakow, representative of the outreach and missions group from Olivet.
Krakow recommends that people consider lining their driveways or sidewalks with the luminaries.
“On Dec. 13, take a walking tour of your neighborhood, or get in your car and drive through Columbus and Fall River to view the support for each of the fire departments,” she said.
