MAYVILLE —The Mayville School Board approved wage adjustment increases for support staff workers by 2.5 percent without increasing the base pay in any labor grade.
The increase reflected increases of 23 to 48 cents per hour. Labor grades included were food service, aides, custodians, secretaries and maintenance staff. The board also approved wage increases of between 1.3 and 1.5 percent for administrative and supervisory staff.
In another matter, the board recognized Kathy Franke, who retired on Nov. 1, for her 17.5 years of dedicated service to the district. She was presented with a plaque and gift certificate honoring her retirement.
