A barn on the farm of Stan and Faye DeBoer was destroyed by a fire Saturday afternoon.
The Fox Lake Fire Department responded to a a call at 1 p.m. for a fire on County Road P between Fox Lake and Randolph.
A hay barn was fully engulfed when the fire department arrived, but firefighters kept the flames from spreading to other structures. Fire departments from Randolph, Friesland and Cambria responded to a call for mutual aid and assisted Fox Lake.
"Fox Lake did a really good job of knocking it down," said Randolph Fire Chief Bruce Miller.
Firefighters were on the scene for about three hours.
