Several area communities will have fireworks displays on Saturday.
In Waupun, the fireworks will be at dusk from Juniper Hill.
In Mayville, there will be a fireworks display at Fireman's Field. The day will start with a baseball game between the Mayville Junior Legion baseball team and Lomira/Theresa Legion team at 4 p.m. followed by a Mayville Legion baseball team versus Lomira/Theresa Legion at 7 p.m.
In Friesland, food will be served starting at 4:30 p.m. A Christian concert will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. The Friesland Community Band performs at 8 p.m. A fireworks display begins at 9:30 p.m.
In Columbus, there are activities throughout the day starting with a parade at noon, live music and a fireworks show at dusk at Fireman's Park.
