A support group for women coping with cancer will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 18 in the Van Brunt Room on the first floor of Beaver Dam Community Hospital.
Shari Friedrichs, licensed acupuncturist from Abundance Acupuncture, will talk about vaginal dryness, depression and achiness.
The Women’s Cancer Support Group provides a forum in which female cancer patients, family members and caregivers can discuss their feelings, share information and talk about coping with the emotional, physical and psychological issues of cancer. Family members, friends and caregivers are welcome to attend. No registration is needed.
