The community is invited to attend a free workshop on acupressure and acupuncture on Nov. 17, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Beaver Dam Community Hospital.
David Milbradt, certified acupuncturist and herbalist, will lead this workshop on using acupressure to release tension and resolve pain. During the class he will also discuss the benefits and uses of acupuncture.
To attend call Jan Ball at 887-4191 between 8 a.m. and noon, Monday through Friday. It’s best to sign up with a buddy so you can practice on one another during the class.
