A 24-year-old Wisconsin Dells man has been sentenced to two years in prison for breaking into Beaver Dam Plumbing and Heating in October 2008.
Dodge County Judge Brian Pfitzinger also sentenced Kurtis W. Billings to four years of extended supervision. Billings pleaded no contest to being a party to burglary. An additional charge of bail jumping was dismissed and read into court records.
According to a criminal complaint, police responded to an alarm at Beaver Dam Plumbing and Heating on the night of Oct. 28, 2008. Upon responding officers found Billings and two other individuals sitting in a nearby car. All three were taken into custody and were charged with burglary.
