The Waupun Post Office retail counter will be opening later in the day. The new hours of operation take effect on Dec. 21. Mail delivery will be unaffected by the change.
The retail counter hours will be: Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
