IRON RIDGE - The Dodge County Dairy Brunch is Sunday at the farm of Dave and Monica Roskopf, W3984 Highway S, Iron Ridge.
"We're excited to have it here," Monica Roskopf said.
The Roskopfs volunteered for their farm for the brunch, which will be held from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
"There were 2,000 people who attended last year," Monica Roskopf said. "Weather permitting, we're expecting that again this year."
Dave Roskopf said he believes the location of the farm near the intersection of Highways S and TW will bring people to the farm.
"We're five miles from four cities," Dave Roskopf said.
Scrambled eggs with ham and cheese, pancakes, an assortment of cheeses, milk, juice and ice cream sundaes will be served. The cost is $7 for people 12 and older; $3 for those 5 to 11.
"There will be a farm tour and certain businesses will be here to demonstrate their products," Monica Roskopf said. "We'll be answering questions like how many cows we have."
An 11-acre hay field will be used for parking, Monica Roskopf said.
"There will be an antique tractor giving ride from the hay field to the farm," Monica Roskopf said.
The field is close to the farm so it would be possible to walk as well.
Members of 4-H will be on hand to feed three or four baby calves on the farm and FFA members will park vehicles. In addition, there will be a petting zoo and a birds of prey exhibit.
