HORICON - Those who attended the standing-room only presentations by Chad Lewis on Wisconsin's haunted locations will want to mark their calendars to schedule a return visit to the Horicon
Public Library at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 30.
At that time a team of paranormal investigators and researchers from the Southern Wisconsin Paranormal Research Group will speak on paranormal activity as it relates to ghosts and hauntings.
SWPRG, founded in 1999 by Jennifer Lauer, is today considered to be one of the most respected, knowledgeable and credible paranormal research organizations in the country.
SWPRG paranormal investigation team members are trained to use scientific methods and information to conduct serious paranormal investigations, which are comprised of conducting research, developing and testing theories, producing data and analysis - oriented results, providing resolution information, and encouraging public understanding and awareness.
The team has offices in Wisconsin and Illinois, but has investigated public and private locations all over the United States, from huge abandoned prisons and hospitals to private residences. As well as investigating the paranormal, they also hold classes on Ghost Haunting and give lectures for many paranormal based presentations including historical societies, public schools, universities, and public libraries.
A word of advice from Library Director Geri Feucht - "Don't' miss this exciting and timely event!"
