Domestic problem — Police responded to a call from a female at 6:42 a.m. on the 800 block of South Lincoln Avenue on Monday but no one answered the door. Police will wait for a call back about the child custody issue.
Welfare check — Police performed a welfare check on the 1000 block of Lawndale Drive at 7:54 a.m. on Monday. A caller reported a child in the neighborhood possibly in distress, but an officer who arrived in the area could not hear anything.
Traffic issue — A neighbor reported a female driving a Silver Mountaineer fast on the 200 block of Charlton Street at 10:07 a.m. on Monday. Police gave her a warning.
Ordinance violation — Police received a report of two unlicensed vehicles on the 300 block of North Lincoln Avenue at 10:32 a.m. on Monday.
Drugs — Police received a complaint of possible drug use at the Super 8, 711 Park Avenue, at 2:30 p.m. on Monday. The suspects were asked to leave.
Fraud — Police responded to a report of a fraudulent $100 bill deposited at National Exchange bank, 1609 North Spring Street at 2:58 p.m. The bill was entered into evidence and a report was taken.
Vandalism — Police received a report of three holes on the south end of a house that would be consistent with BBs or pellets on the 200 block of East Third Street at 4:46 p.m. However, no report was filed.
