MAYVILLE — Mayville Police Department is now offering $1,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a suspect related to the theft of wedding cards on Aug. 20.

According to the news release from the Mayville Police Department, the theft occurred at 12:20 a.m. Aug. 20 at the Mayville Golf Course. Money and cards were placed in a wicker basket and taken from Ryan and Amber Koll’s truck as they were loading items from their wedding. The basket was left unattended in the truck for a short period while other items were retrieved to be loaded.

According to a statement from Mayville Police Department, the reward has been increased from $500 to $1,500. The $1,500 was raised by family, friends and first responders throughout Dodge County.

Ryan Kroll is the assistant fire chief and Amber is an EMT in Theresa.
