The United Way of Dodge County held its 12th annual Day of Caring and Campaign Kickoff in conjunction with the Fond du Lac Area United Way on Sept. 23. More than 150 volunteers from Dodge and Fond du Lac counties packaged more than 50,000 meals for area food pantries at the Union Youth Center in Waupun.

We want to thank our neighbors for volunteering and giving for this great cause. Participants and donors include ITW Shakeproof Group, John Deere-Horicon Works, Walmart, Quad Graphics, Richelieu Foods, Horicon Bank, Kwik Trip, Ahern, Agnesian Health Care and Society Insurance. A special thank you to the Union Youth Center in Waupun for hosting this event.
