By Citizen Staff

PRINCETON — Dodgeland senior Megan Rennhack shattered three records at Tuesday's Trailways Conference track and field meet in Princeton.

Rennhack cut over a half-second off the 100 meter dash record of Kawanza Ross (13.1 seconds) with her time of 12.51. She broke her own records while sweeping the hurdles, topping her 100 mark of 15.99 with a new mark of 15.10 and taking down her 300 time of 47.05 by finishing in 45.31.

"Megan had another great meet," Dodgeland coach Kevin Klueger said. "Any time you break three records, it's a great day."

Rennhack also took second in the long jump by clearing 15 feet, 6.5 inches. She scored 38 of the 94 points for the Trojans, who finished second behind Pardeeville (121) while Randolph/Cambria-Friesland was third (86).

Other area winners for the girls were led by Fall River's Michelle Roche, who took the 200 (26.69) and the 400 (1:01.17). R/C-F had winners in Brittany Alsum (discus, 124-7) and Amy Braaksma (high jump, 5-0).

Markesan's Jecel Gerner won the shot put (39-4.5).

In boys action, Lukey Klitz of the Hornets won three events. He uncorked a 45-5.75 triple jump, he cleared 6-6 in the high jump and leaped 20-9.25 in the long jump.

Dodgeland took two relays including the 1,600 (Thomas Beal, Steve Schmidt, Chris Jones and Luke Joswick in 3:38.96) and the 3,200 (Tony Hanke, Joswick, Andy Schecher and Ryan Marquardt in 8:53.86). Steve Velibaum added a win in the shot put (40-11).

R/C-F took the 800 relay in a time of 1:35.27. Ryan Lehman won the discus (130-10) for R/C-F.
