PORT WASHINGTON — Two Beaver Dam girls finished in the top 20 at Thursday's Port Washington cross country invitational.
Ericka Wild took 16th, finishing in 16 minutes, 30 seconds. Kate Uhrich was 19th in 16:33. Other BD runners were Amber Mashburn in 39th (17:06) and Alison Bonis in 46th (17:12). BD did not have a fifth runner to compete in the team event.
Kurt Ulrikson led the boys with a 50th-place finish (18:40). Jacob Powell was 63rd (19:04) followed by Chris Martin in 65th (19:07), Aaron Cook in 73rd (19:28) and Austin Kuzniewicz in 87th (20:04).
BD heads to the Little Ten meet next Thursday at Homestead Hollow hosted by Slinger.
