WAUPUN — Lukas Buteyn scored and set up the other goal in Central Wisconsin Christian's 2-0 Flyway boys soccer win over visiting Oakfield Thursday night.
"We played much better the second half than the first tonight," CWC coach Gregg Zonnefeld said. "We need to continue to be more aggressive winning balls and also improve our communication in a huge way.
"Oakfield played a solid defensive match against us but we were able to find the openings better in the second half."
Posthuma opened the scoring in the 36th minute when he headed home a well-executed cross from Buteyn. CWC doubled the lead in the 59th minute when Jacob Van Den Berg set up Buteyn for an emphatic finish.
Luke Ganz stopped the only shot on goal for the Oaks. CWC (12-4-4, 9-2-1 Flyway) hosts top-ranked Kettle Moraine Lutheran Tuesday.

MAYVILLE — Jake Meyer's penalty kick in the second half was the difference in St. Mary's Springs' 1-0 Flyway boys soccer win at Mayville Thursday.
"I thought we played as well as I could have asked the kids today," Mayville coach John Veling said. "I thought it was an even matchup.
"I thought the penalty kick call was fine but when we were taken down in the box and no call was made, that was unacceptable. I can accept an evenly called game."
Paul Giese and R.C. Lehman combined for 10 saves in goal for the Cardinals (6-11, 5-7 Flyway), who visit St. Lawrence Tuesday.
