Funeral services were held for Allen E. McCoy of North Freedom at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 26, 2009 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in North Freedom with Pastor Gary Johnson officiating.

Music was provided by organist Kevin Meske and vocalists, Angela Filip and Martin Strobel. Burial took place in the Oak Hill Cemetery in North Freedom with Jim Ulrich, Greg Anstett, Tammy Stieve, Gary Meske, Kelly Zimmer, and Erin Reiger serving as pallbearers. Military rites were provided by American Legion Post 172.
