Dorothy 'Dotti' A. Amberg

Dorothy "Dotti" A. Amberg, age 74 of Lake Delton, Wisconsin died Monday, June 29, 2009 at her residence.

Memorial services will be held Friday, July 3, 2009 at 11 a.m. at the Picha Funeral Home in Lake Delton, with Reverend Winton E. Macki officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. and on Friday from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m.

Dorothy was born August 31, 1934 in Newark, New Jersey, the daughter of Paul and Anna (Colton) Seals. She worked as a manager at the Paradise Motel in Lake Delton for many years, volunteered at St. Vincent’s De Paul, loved corresponding with people thru cards and letters, was very involved with Al-Anon and loved to spread the word of God.

Dotti is survived by 8 children, Lori (Peter) Williams of Baraboo, Steve (Debbie) Selchow of Wisconsin Dells, Barb (Bob) Medingers of Sitka, Alaska, Don (Bonnie) Roscovius of Tomah, Mike (Vicki) Amberg of Loganville, Becky (Rich) Carter of Rubicon, Joe (Becky) Amberg of Tomah, and Keith (Kim) Amberg of Sun Prairie; sister, Roseann Trezza of Aberdeen, N.J.; 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Dale and her brothers Ira and Jack Seals.
