Jack graduated from Baraboo High School in 1975. He is survived by his two children, Erin Ann Halbach of Chicago, Ill. and Matthew John Halbach of North Canton, Ohio; his mother, Edria Halbach of Baraboo; his brothers, Thomas (Joey) Halbach of Mahtomedi, Minn., Andrew (Donna) Halbach of Westfield, Daniel (Annette) Halbach of Baraboo; and numerous nieces and nephews. Jack was preceded in death by his father, Richard Frances Halbach.
