The grievance hearing for suspended Juneau County Sheriff's Department Lieutenant Jeremy Haske is scheduled to resume Tuesday with a piece of potential evidence in the balance.

Shawn Mutter, Haske's attorney, said last week she will attempt to introduce into evidence a compact disc [CD] recording of an interview between Haske and Lisa Lutz that she said contradicts Lutz's sworn testimony.

Lutz, the Sheriff Department's 911 supervisor, testified Sept. 22, before the hearing for Haske adjourned, that alleged sexual misconduct aimed at her in April 2007 by then Undersheriff John Weger and witnessed by Haske was nothing more than a slap on the knee as Lutz and Weger shared a joke.
