Dolly Reynolds

Dolly Reynolds, 73, of New Lisbon, Wis., died on Thursday, Oct. 29, 2009, at the Fair View Nursing Home in Mauston. She was the daughter of Joe and Alice (Yund) Lutz, born March 29, 1936, in New Lisbon. She was raised in the New Lisbon area.

Dolly was united in marriage to LaVern Reynolds on March 26, 1957. Dolly worked at Reva's Café for many years, and later was employed by Leer Manufacturing for 12 years.

Dolly enjoyed arts and crafts and making things for the yard or for window decorations. She also enjoyed sewing and knitting. She loved to go to garage sales. Mostly she loved her grandchildren and family.

She and her husband lived in Anchorage, Alaska for several years and Duluth, Minn. for a couple of years, the remainder of their life was spent in New Lisbon or on the farm just outside of New Lisbon.

Dolly is survived by sons, Rick (Wendy) Reynolds of Kendall and Roy Reynolds of New Lisbon; stepson, Bobby (Terri) Reynolds of Golden, Colo.; sisters, Ella Anderson of New Lisbon and Shirley Cavanaugh of Canada and brother, Ted Lutz of New Lisbon.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, LaVern in 2002; stepson, Bill Reynolds; sister, Dora Lutz; and brothers, Joe and Bob Lutz.

Funeral services will be held at the Hare Funeral Home on Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009, at 1 p.m. with Reverend Jeff Fairchild presiding. Relatives and friends may call at the Hare Funeral Home on Saturday from 11 a.m. until the time of service. Private family inurnment will take place at a later date.
