The 19th annual Canadian Pacific Holiday Train is coming to Mauston on Dec 4. The train is scheduled to stop in 13 cities across Wisconsin. The route includes a new stop in Oconomowoc, on Dec. 3.

The 14-car train will be decorated with hundreds of thousands of LED lights for viewers to see.

Stops will last about 30 minutes and have live musical performances by Dallas Smith, Terri Clark and Kelly Prescott.

The train will be making a stop at Division Street in Mauston at 4:15 p.m. on Dec. 4. The scheduled event time will be from 4:25 p.m. to 4:55 p.m.

All proceeds from the event will go to the Mauston Community Sharing Food Pantry.

“It is our largest fundraiser of the year,” said Mauston Community Sharing Food Pantry Director Kathy Green. “If somebody brings us a dollar... that single dollar makes a difference.”

Food and monetary donations to the food pantry will be accepted at the event.
