The School District of Mauston released the following statement Wednesday, March 10:

“Tom Reisenauer, Olson Middle School principal, has been placed on administrative leave pending an

investigation into alleged misconduct. Although this is an ongoing investigation, there is no evidence at this time that connects the alleged misconduct with students. We are conducting a thorough review and no further investigation is available at this time.”

The Mauston School Board will discuss the investigation in closed session at its regular meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, March 15 in the Board Room at the district office. Mauston school administrators offered no comment on the investigation.
