Adams County Circuit Court Judge Charles Pollex has ruled against the Juneau County Star-Times in a civil lawsuit with Juneau County for release of records.

In a written decision received by the newspaper Tuesday, the judge ruled that the county did not break the state's Open Records Law when it withheld details of bills submitted to an insurance company by Milwaukee attorney Michele Ford, who is defending Sheriff Brent Oleson in an employment dispute with former Sheriff's Department Lieutenant Jeremy Haske.
