JUNEAU – A 36-year-old Beaver Dam man was sentenced to a year of incarceration Tuesday after his probation was revoked for a 2011 charge of felony intimidation of a victim.
Todd W. Wylesky, 204 Gilmore Ave., was found guilty of the charge in June 2011 and was placed on two years of probation with four months of conditional jail time in August 2011.
Court records show that a revocation order and warrant were issued on Jan. 8, 2013.
After his probation was revoked, he was sentenced to 12 months of initial confinement and 18 months of extended supervision. He was granted 295 days of presentence credit.
According to the criminal complaint, a woman in Fox Lake called police on Feb. 14, 2011, because Wylesky had come into her home while she was asleep and woke her up trying to pull her out of her bed. She said they had gotten into a fight, and Wylesky had shoved her multiple times and had broken her phone in half to keep her from calling the police.
She said Wylesky told her that he was going to kill himself and then left.
