The Beaver Dam Chamber of Commerce will hold its next Breakfast Network on Tuesday, April 9, from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at the Veterans Center, 300 Beichl Ave.

The topic is “Protecting Your Business in the 21st Century.”

A panel of experts will provide an introduction to various ways to protect a business, staff, physical assets and more in today’s world of business.

Jeff Davidson, partner at Inter-Quest, will outline levels of technology security, from the most basic, to the more sophisticated, with a range of prices that any business owner can purchase and have installed to help project their business premises and their products.

Detective Mike Reissmann, Dodge County Sheriff’s Department, is an expert in the field and a leading advocate for changes in school security posture.

He will provide his insights on the pros and cons of protecting a business with firearms and allowing the public to carry weapons on a premises with the recent legalization of concealed carry.

Scott Krenz, owner of Martial Arts America, has developed a career around teaching martial arts, both for the discipline skills it teaches and for the self defense protection it can provide.

He will provide a summary of the investments necessary to achieve different levels of self defense mastery.

The cost is $12 per person.
