Domestic — At 2:30 a.m. on Nov. 30, a woman in the 900 block of West Jefferson Street said it sounds like a man and woman fighting in an adjoining apartment. There were three men and a woman in the apartment. It was verbal only. The man and woman were fighting over having company over at that hour.
Burglary — At 2:38 p.m. on Nov. 30, police got a call from a person in the 100 block of East Franklin Street saying someone broke into his home.
Theft — At 4:12 p.m. on Nov. 30, a woman in the 500 block of East Lincoln Street said her son’s bike was stolen.
Vandalism — At 7:17 p.m. on Nov. 30, a man in the first block of Chapman Place said someone wrote obscenities on the windows with a window paint stick.
Noise — At 1:23 a.m. on Dec. 1, a woman in the 900 block of West Jefferson Street said there was loud noise and banging in the adjoining apartment. Police say the man was frustrated looking for his keys and being loud.
Harassment — At 4:12 p.m. on Dec. 1 a man in the 900 block of Wilcox Street said he’s been getting harassing calls regarding a video and doesn’t know what the caller is talking about.
Curfew — At 1:49 a.m. on Dec. 2, police stopped a 16-year-old boy walking in the 700 block of West Main Street. They took him home where his father, who was intoxicated, accused police of stealing their dog and wished for the dog to bite the officer. The father was advised to go back into the home, and the son was given a verbal warning.
Noise — At 3:56 a.m. on Dec. 2, an anonymous caller reported noise in the 900 block of West Jefferson. A 36-year-old man was cited for noise and disorderly conduct.
Harassment — At 6:47 a.m. on Dec. 2, a man in the 900 block of West Jefferson Street said his downstairs neighbor is harassing him by pounding on the walls. Both parties were told to knock it off as they were both adults.
