Fraud — At 10:35 a.m. on Feb. 16 a man at Domino’s Pizza, 434 E. Main St., reported the fraudulent use of a credit card.

Fight in progress — At 8:50 p.m. on Feb. 16 a woman reported seeing two people fighting in the street in the 200 block of Drummond Street.

Disorderly conduct — At 10:39 p.m. on Feb. 16 a woman in Cooper Apartments, 820 E. Brown St., said a man on the second floor is trying to get into an apartment and keeps yelling and swearing and kicking and punching the door.

Vandalism — At 7 a.m. on Feb. 17 a man with National Rivet, 21 E. Jefferson St., said windows were broken again at the manufacturing company.

Abuse — At 10:11 a.m. on Feb. 17 a woman in the first block of North State Street said her husband had hit his biological child in the past, and she just found out about it.

Theft — At 12:14 p.m. on Feb. 17 a woman reported that while she was at Ash Wednesday services at St. Joseph’s Church, 118 W. Main St., cash and a gift card were taken from her purse.

Juvenile — At 9 p.m. on Feb. 17 a man at McDonald’s, 932 E. Main St., said five juveniles were throwing paper towels from the bathroom all over the lobby. Police didn’t see anything but told them management wanted them to leave and they complied.

Noise — At 9:26 p.m. on Feb. 17 in the lot at the community center, 510 E. Spring St., more than 10 teenage motorists kept revving their engines. Many left. Others were cited for disorderly conduct.

Found — At 6:15 a.m. on Feb. 18 a woman at Citgo, 612 E. Main St., said a customer turned in a wallet that was found.

Vandalism — At 7:26 a.m. on Feb. 18 a man at National Rivet, 21 E. Jefferson St., said more windows were broken over the weekend.

Domestic — At 5:05 p.m. on Feb. 18 someone in the 400 block of East Main Street said a woman was beating up her boyfriend.

Dog case — At 2:21 p.m. on Feb. 20 a man in the 700 block of Oak Lane said when a dog owner leaves for work, he leaves the dog outside and the dog barks all the time. A note was left for the owner.

Dog case — At 5:10 p.m. on Feb. 20 a man in the 100 block of South Mill Street said his neighbor’s dog keeps barking all the time. The owner was advised of the complaint.
