Jacob Graff, 75, of Beaver Dam, died Monday, March 22, 2010, at Clearview South Long Term Care and Rehabilitation Center where he has made his home the past 10 years. Visitation will be at Clearview South in the activity room on Thursday, from 10 to 10:30 a.m. with funeral services to follow. Burial will be at St. Peter’s Cemetery in the Town of Beaver Dam, Dodge County.

Jacob was born on Aug. 13, 1934, to the late Jacob and Mabel (Hiley) Graff in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. Jacob is survived by his brother, Merlin (Lucille) Graff of Cuba, Mo., a sister, Evelyn Hussey of Vancouver, Ore., nieces, Arlene (Robert) Johnson, Green Bay, Patricia Jarnagin, Minn., Phyllis Williams, Battleground, Wash., and Terry Dahl, Vancouver, Ore., nephew, Ray (Barbara) Scheradella, Portland, Ore., and his “family” at Clearview. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Virgil.

If desired, memorials may be made in Jacob Graff’s name to Clearview Long Term Care and Rehabilitation Center, 199 Home Road, Juneau.
