MAILBAG: Democrats have no clue on gasoline prices

I just saw Bill O'Reilly's interview with Hilary Clinton concerning gas prices. I've also seen some pieces on Barack Obama concerning the same subject. What a flipping joke. How stupid do they think we all are?

They want to sock it to the oil companies. Let's get real, shall we? They won't be able to do it because the Uniform Taxation Clauses of the federal and all 50 state constitutions forbid that kind of selective taxation. They would have to nail every business including the small ones.

As a 20-year tax paralegal, a law student, and an enrolled agent who prepares taxes, I openly mock how these full fledged lawyers are misrepresenting the tax laws. What we need to do is drill the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, pure and simple. Both these people better start being more truthful or lawyers will become forever known as "liars."
