GOLF: Royston leads Chiefs at Trapper's Turn

Wisconsin Dells junior Jade Royston had the low round of the day with a 4-over-par 40, leading the host Chiefs to a first place finish at South Central Conference golf match on the Lake Course at Trapper's Turn in Wisconsin Dells on Monday afternoon.

The Chiefs were the only team to have all five golfers shoot in the 40s and easily cruised to a 23-shot victory over second-place Wautoma.

Westfield finished in sixth place with a 208. Leading the Pioneers was Kyle Amundson with a 47. Next up is the South Central Conference Meet on Wednesday in Wautoma.
