Nov. 6 — Wild Game Sausage Workshop at the Horicon Marsh Education and Visitor Center in Horicon, from 6-8:30 p.m. UW-Madison professor Dr. Jeff Sindelar will explain how popular sausages are made and will offer tips for making them in your home.
