Crystal Moldenhauer, 80, of Baraboo, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2017, at St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo.
Crystal was born Aug. 26, 1937, in Wisconsin Dells, the daughter of Arnol and Crystal (Lee) Priester. She worked at Bishop’s Buffet in Bettendorf, Iowa, for 20 years. She returned to Reedsburg in 1999 and had lived there since. She stayed busy working at Lands’ End and Noah’s Ark until her retirement.
Crystal is survived by her sons, Donald of Reedsburg and Mark of Rock Island, Illinois; daughter Debra of Madison; brothers, Thomas (Cathy) Priester of Edgewater, Maryland and Robert (Mirella) Priester of Madison; sister Peggy (Bob) Danner of Wisconsin Dells; her grandchildren, Christina Lutz, Joshua Barnes, Markus Moldenhauer and Kayla (James) Moldenhauer-Kellums; and her great-granddaughter Alaina Kellums.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughters, Crystal Ann and Barbara JoAnn Moldenhauer.
Funeral service was held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 12, 2017, at the United Presbyterian Church in Wisconsin Dells, with Reverend Steven Keller officiating. Burial was held Monday, Nov. 13, 2017, at Pine Hill Cemetery in Davenport, Iowa. Visitation was held from 2 p.m. until the time of the service at 3 p.m. Sunday at the church.
