REEDSBURG — When it comes to the flu — seasonal or H1N1 — Reedsburg has been lucky, so far.

While there have been confirmed cases of H1N1 in Reedsburg, they have remained few and far between. Surrounding areas are reporting a much higher number of cases over a wider demographic.

Schools were closed for several days in Wisconsin Dells last week, River Valley Middle School was closed much of this week and Baraboo High School had to cancel a football game with DeForest Friday night due to illness.
