The Reedsburg boys soccer team scored the first goal of the game and then gave up a goal to Wally Ziemianczyk of the Dells at the 46 minute mark, and another in the 17th minute of the second overtime as they dropped a 2-1 decision to the Chiefs Monday.

Playing indoors at the Chula Vista Sports Complex, the Beavers took a quick lead when Cam Bauer scored just 50 seconds into the game  for a 1-0 lead. The Dells tied the game on Ziemianczyk's goal and the teams battled through the rest of regulation and the first overtime period with the score still knotted at 1-1.

The Chiefs won the game on Palmer's goal to improve to 5-11-1 on the season, while Reedsburg fell to 3-12 going into yesterday's game at Dodgeville.
