Acker, Vande Hey engagement

Michelle Susan Acker and Jarrod William Vande Hey announced their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mark (Rocky) and Joan Acker. She is a 2003 graduate of Middleton High School in Middleton. She is employed by Duraform and Wisconsin Select Volleyball Club as a purchasing agent and coach. She is a graduate of Northwood University with a bachelors degree in entrepreneurship and business management.

The groom-elect is the son of James and Tamara Vande Hey. He is a 2000 graduate of Sauk Prairie High School. He is employed by St. Vincent de Paul as an assistant manager.

A Dec. 31 wedding date has been set.
