Richland Center woman seriously injured in Sunday crash
A Richland Center woman suffered life-threatening injuries after a two-vehicle crash Sunday morning near Richland Center, the State Patrol said.
Nettie V. Wilmot, 59, the driver of a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix, was taken to UW Hospital in Madison after the crash on Highway 80 at 8 a.m. The other driver involved was Zachary C. Christian, 17, of Richland Center. Christian was driving a 1992 Honda Accord and was taken to Richland Hospital with non-life-threatening injures.
A State Patrol official would not say how the crash happened or whether Wilmot or Christian were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
