If any November weekend was going to be the perfect time to finish up any yard work, this is it. And after the yard work is complete residents will still have time to play Bingo during the Sauk Prairie Music Association's Bingo night. The event starts at 6 p.m. Nov. 7 in the St. Aloysius School gym in Sauk City. The cost to play is $1. Concessions are available.
The weekend calls for mostly to partly sunny skies and mild temperatures in southern Wisconsin Friday through Sunday, with only a slight chance of rain coming to town later in the day on Sunday.
Weather Central meteorologist Brian Olson said Madison should see a mix of clouds and sun with a high of 57 on Friday, partly to mostly sunny with a high of 65 on Saturday and still mild on Sunday with a high of 60.
The National Weather Service said a low pressure system moving through the Badger state on Sunday will bring a chance for light rain Sunday night into Monday but dry weather returns on Tuesday.
Temperatures next week will be in the low to mid-50s during the day and in the mid- to upper 30s at night.
