Arthur Edward Cone III, 48, Prairie du Sac - Published November 26, 2008

Arthur Edward Cone III, 48, Prairie du Sac, died on Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2008 at his home.

Mr. Cone was born April 26, 1960 in Toledo, Ohio to James and Mary Cone. He graduated from UW-Stout in Menomonie in hotel and restaurant management. 

Mr. Cone was employed by Culver Franchising Systems Inc. in Prairie du Sac.  He was married to Brenda (Boz). He was very involved with the Wisconsin Youth Wrestling Program and the Sauk-Prairie Youth Football among many other organizations.

Mr. Cone is survived by his wife, Brenda; two children, Ashley, 16, and Ryan, 14, of Prairie du Sac; his mother, Mary, of Wheaton, Ill.; his twin brothers, Jeff (Jeanne), of Oak Park, Ill. and Jim (Elly), of the Bahamas; a sister, Jenny (Tad) Lyon, of Scottsdale, Az. He is further survived by other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his dad, James.

A funeral service was Nov. 24 at the St. John's Lutheran Church in Prairie du Sac, with Pastor Fred Rilling officiating. Burial was in the Sauk City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wisconsin Wrestling Federation, Culver Youth College Scholarship Fund, or St. John's Lutheran Church.
