Eagles soar above Red Hawks
Forgive the Milton defense if it was caught off guard by Sam Koenig's stellar second-half performance Dec. 30.
After all, the junior on the Sauk Prairie boys basketball team didn't exactly do much in the first half to indicate it was coming.
"In the first half, I couldn't shoot at all," said Koenig, whose only two points in the half came on two free throws.
