Only eight players remain from the 2013 team that lost to South Carolina in the Capital One Bowl. Since, the Badgers have defeated Auburn in the Outback Bowl, Southern California in the Holiday Bowl and Western Michigan in the Cotton Bowl.
None of the players — cornerback Nick Nelson, linebacker T.J. Edwards, guard Beau Benzschawel and tackles Michael Deiter and David Edwards — appear to be locks as NFL first-round draft picks.
