The Dodge County Historical Society Museum invites children of all ages to come to a tree decorating party from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 22, at105 Park Ave. in Beaver Dam.

This year there will be large trees on both the main floor and the upper level. The materials for making the decorations will be furnished as will refreshments throughout the afternoon. Young children should be accompanied by an adult.

Don't miss the annual opportunity for some old fashioned holiday fun. The Holiday Open House will be held 1 to 7 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 6 — the same day as the annual holiday parade downtown. So stop in before or after the parade which starts at 6 p.m. This year a special holiday display will feature historic pictures of area churches and a tribute to the Beaver Dam Woman's Club, recently disbanded after over 100 years of service to the community.

There will also be holiday tunes on the piano in the late afternoon and favorite holiday treats made by society board members and volunteers.
