The Cambria-Friesland National Honor Society will sponsor a blood drive, hosted by the American Red Cross, on March 23.

NHS members ask everyone to join them in this charitable event. The blood drive runs from noon to 5 p.m. in the elementary school gym. Walk-ins and new donors are welcome. To make an appointment, call 1 (800) GIVE-LIFE.

To donate blood you must be 17 (or 16 with a signed Red Cross parental/guardian consent form), must weigh at least 110 pounds and be in general good health. A blood donor card or driver's license, or two other forms of identification, are required at check-in.
