Four people, including a toddler, were injured following a head-on accident on Saturday.

According to Beaver Dam Fire Department files, two ambulances and a fire truck were called to Highway E, east of Prairie View Drive, around 4:20 p.m. on Saturday.

Injured in the accident were Dalton Hiley, 17, Raymond Burrow, 43, Rhiannon Burrow, 19, and Ivan Burrow, 14 months.

Hiley had to be extricated from the vehicle.

All the injured people are from Beaver Dam.

The Dodge County Sheriff's Department investigated the accident with the help of Beaver Dam Police.

According to the Dodge County Sheriff's office, the vehicle driven by Rhiannon Burrow was struck head-on by the vehicle driven by Dalton. Dalton was cited for driving a vehicle left of the center line.

Raymond Burrow and Ivan Burrow were passengers in Rhiannon Burrow's vehicle.
