MAYVILLE: Friends of Marsh plan potluck

Join the Friends and staff of Horicon National Wildlife Refuge for a potluck dinner and then take a step back in time to the days of Fur Traders and Native Americans during a special presentation by Native American/fur trader "Dirty Kettle" on June 11.

Drumming and children's activities will begin at 4 p.m. followed by a potluck supper at 5:30 p.m. and special presentation by Dirty Kettle at 7 p.m.

All activities will take place at the Horicon National Wildlife Refuge Visitor center, 3.5 miles south of State Highway 49 on County Road Z. The program and potluck, sponsored by the Friends of Horicon National Wildlife Refuge, is free and open to the public.
